For cancellation of any hotel booking, packages or flight request you to please call our call centre number. Only those cancellation requests which are made either through online or on the phone to our customer support shall be considered.  We do not carry out any alterations and variation to online bookings once done. Please don't get in touch with the hotel or the airline directly for reservation / booking changes or cancellations.


The cancellation charges varies and it depends on the hotel, time of stay, package and time of cancellation.  If you don't show up at the hotel, flight or for the group tour, you'll be considered as a no-show and are still liable for the entire amount and no refund in such cases.


For bookings cancelled online we take at minimum 7 to 10 working days for refund to process. Also your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.


The amount will be credited back to the same account you used at the time of booking. For example, if made via a credit card, we will make an appropriate charge reversal and in case of a debit card, we will credit the money back to the debit card.
